Diagnostic Disclaimer
Effective 6 October 2026 · Javoosi Inc. d/b/a TechSuppAI
⚠️ Read this before acting on any report
A TechSuppAI report is informational guidance based only on the information you supply. It is not a physical inspection, not a guarantee, and not a substitute for hands-on diagnosis by a qualified technician. Always verify before you repair.
What the report is
TechSuppAI uses artificial intelligence to analyse the vehicle details, symptoms, trouble codes, scanner data, and photographs that you provide, and returns a written report that ranks likely causes, suggests tests, and estimates repair costs. It is a diagnostic aid — the same kind of help you might get from describing a problem to an experienced colleague over the phone.
What the report is not
- Not a physical inspection. Nobody from TechSuppAI has seen, driven, or tested your vehicle. The report can only reason from what you typed and uploaded.
- Not a guarantee. Probabilities, confidence levels, and percentages in the report are estimates based on common failure patterns — not measurements of your specific vehicle, and not a promise that a given repair will solve the problem.
- Not a repair authorisation. Confirm the fault with your own testing before replacing any part.
- Not an OEM procedure. Specifications, pin numbers, and procedures in the report may be incomplete or may not match your exact build. Always follow current manufacturer service information.
- Not a professional relationship. Using TechSuppAI does not create a technician–client or advisory relationship between you and Javoosi Inc.
Safety-critical systems
Brakes, steering, suspension, airbags and restraints, fuel delivery, and anything that could cause a fire or loss of control require hands-on inspection by a qualified technician before the vehicle is driven. Do not rely on a remote report alone for these systems.
If you believe a vehicle may be unsafe, do not drive it. Have it towed and inspected. If a report describes a vehicle as drivable, that assessment is based solely on what you reported and may be wrong if something was missed or misdescribed.
Cost estimates
Repair cost figures are rough estimates for planning only. They are based on a labour rate of $85/hour and typical aftermarket part pricing, and they do not account for your local prices, your vehicle's condition, taxes, shop fees, or additional faults found during repair. Get a written quote from the shop performing the work.
Recalls, bulletins, and warranty
Where a report mentions a recall, technical service bulletin, or extended warranty programme, verify it yourself using your VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls or with a franchise dealer before assuming a repair is covered. Coverage changes over time and varies by VIN.
Accuracy of your information
The quality of the report depends entirely on the quality of what you provide. Incorrect trouble codes, a wrong engine option, missing symptoms, or an unclear photograph will produce a less accurate report. If something in a report does not match what you are seeing on the vehicle, trust the vehicle — and use the follow-up questions to tell the AI what you actually found.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for all decisions about diagnosis, repair, parts purchased, and whether a vehicle is safe to operate. Verify findings independently, follow manufacturer procedures, and use your own professional judgement.
